- Hygiene: Wash your hands thoroughly. Sterilize all bottles, teats, and utensils. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approx. 40 °C (104 °F).
- Mixing: Pour half of the required water into the bottle. Add the exact number of level scoops shown in the table. Shake well. Add remaining water and shake again until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Feeding: Place the sterilized teat on the bottle. Check the temperature (ideally 37 °C / 98.6 °F) on your wrist. Feed immediately – do not reheat or store leftovers.
