- Wash your hands and sterilize all utensils and bottles thoroughly.
- Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to approx. 40 °C (104 °F). Pour half of the required amount into the bottle. Add the number of level scoops according to the table, shake vigorously, then add remaining water and shake again.
- Attach the sterilized teat. Check the temperature on your wrist (about 37 °C / 98.6 °F) and feed immediately. Do not store or reheat leftover formula.
