Hello, all of the bottles I got have white residue on the bottom. It wont get shaked out. Is this normal and okay to feed? -
Yes, that’s actually normal for HiPP ready-to-feed (90 ml). Sometimes a white residue forms at the bottom because minerals and nutrients settle over time. Just make sure to shake it well before feeding. As long as it doesn’t smell strange, isn’t discolored, and the bottle isn’t expired or damaged, it’s generally safe to use. If the residue looks unusual (like large clumps or anything odd), then it’s better not to use it.

whats the difference between the ready to feed pre and stage 1? -
HiPP Pre (ready-to-feed):
Only lactose as the carb → closest to breast milk, very gentle.HiPP Stage 1 (ready-to-feed):
Lactose + a little starch → slightly thicker/more filling.Both are fine from birth (0–6 months).
If in doubt, most parents start with Pre.
