Microwave:
Pierce the sealing film several times. Heat the bowl for 1 minute at 450 watts (medium or low setting). Time and temperature may vary depending on the appliance. After heating, stir well and check the temperature. The bowl is not suitable for oven use.
Water bath:
Bring water to a boil and remove it from the heat. Place the bowl in the hot water for 4 to 5 minutes. Then peel off the sealing film and stir thoroughly.
