Microwave:
Pierce the sealing film several times. Heat the bowl for 1 minute at 450 watts (medium or low setting). Important: Heat only one bowl at a time and place it in the center of the microwave. Boil water and remove it from the stove. Place the bowl in the hot water for 4 to 5 minutes. Then carefully peel off the sealing film and stir thoroughly.
