I am looking for a nutritionally complete formula WITHOUT SUNFLOWER SEED OIL, any dairy, pea protein, dairy or any meat proteins. She has sever malabsortion. My daughter has been taking Neocate Jr unflavored for the past 20 years. Her surgeon doesn’t want her to have sunflower seed oil, or products in a formula anymore. Can you help?

Unfortunately, there is currently no nutritionally complete formula available at BabysBestFood.com that meets all of your requirements (no sunflower seed oil, no dairy, no pea protein, and no meat proteins). Most European formulas are milk-based and also contain vegetable oils such as sunflower oil.
Given your daughter’s severe malabsorption and long-term use of Neocate Jr, the most appropriate alternatives are typically amino-acid–based (elemental) medical formulas. However, most of these also contain specific oil blends. I would strongly recommend discussing potential adjustments or specialized medical formulations with her surgeon or a clinical nutrition specialist.
