Microwave:
Remove the sealing film and heat the bowl for 90 seconds at 360 watts. Time and temperature may vary depending on the appliance. Important: Always heat one bowl at a time and place it in the center of the microwave. Not suitable for oven use. Check temperature before serving.
Water bath:
Heat water to approximately 70 °C and remove it from the heat. Place the bowl in the hot water for 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the sealing film.
