Dear Lauren, that’s 7 ounces per bottle. That is correct! You can use the product over the 6 months or switch to HiPP HA Stage 1 or HiPP HA Stage 2. Does this formula smell bad? -
Hi Amy, like all leading milk food manufacturers, HiPP uses polyunsaturated fatty acids, so-called LCP (from fish oil and egg oil), in your initial formulas Pre and 1. A regular intake of LCP fatty acids through the diet is of great importance, especially in the first months of life. Based on these findings, an international panel of scientists and pediatricians has recommended that infant formulas be fortified with LCP fatty acids. Indeed, these infant formulas with LCP taste different from the earlier infant formulas without LCP. The different taste comes mainly from the included egg oil, which provides the omega-3 fatty acids (LCP) that are important for development. In the case of our organic milk, there is also the fact that in this product group, great care is taken to leave these milk formulas as natural as possible. We know that some parents perceive this natural milk taste more “intensely” than others. For most babies, the milk tastes great. Babies who initially seem to reject the milk get used to a new taste quite quickly when the bottle is given as usual.

Preparation: Check the cap for proper condition before use. Shake the still sealed bottle before opening for the first time. Pour required amount of drink into a vial and warm to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C). Shake vigorously again. Do not warm the food in the microwave (risk of scalding).
