- Sterilizing and Preparing:
Begin by thoroughly washing your hands and sterilizing all utensils, as well as your work area. To ensure that all potential bacteria in the water are eliminated, bring a liter of water to a boil and then allow it to cool down to about 50°C (122°F) for up to 30 minutes. - Mixing:
Pour half of the water into the bottle (refer to the Feeding Chart above for the exact quantity). Measure the powder according to the specified amount on the table and add it to the bottle. To do this, loosely fill the measuring spoon and level it off with the back of a knife. Shake the powder and half the amount of water vigorously to ensure a thorough mix. Then, add the remaining water and shake well again. - Temperature Control:
The baby food is ready for consumption once it reaches a safe drinking temperature, approximately 37°C (~98°F). If necessary, you can let the food cool in the refrigerator to reach this temperature. Always check the temperature of the food on your forearm to make sure it's not too hot before feeding. Use the freshly prepared food immediately after preparation.

Sie haben ganz richtig festgestellt, dass viele Seiten Produkte fluoridfrei nennen, bei denen Sie im Fall von Holle jedoch die Angabe <0,010 Milligramm auf der Herstellerseite (und der Produktverpackung) finden.

Wie auch bei manchen anderen Spurenelementen lässt sich ein sehr minimaler und physiologisch nicht weiter wirksamer Anteil von z. B. Fluorid zutaten- und herstellungsbedingt nicht vermeiden, da er natürlicherweise immer vorhanden sein wird.
Tatsächlich ist dieser Anteil aber so gering, dass er im Rahmen einer ausgewogenen Ernährung keinerlei Auswirkungen hat und auch nicht zu einer Überversorgung beitragen kann.
Ein Vergleich: Bei Trinkwasser wird ein Fluoridgehalt von bis zu 0,29 mg pro Liter als unbedeutend eingestuft (z. B. bei der Fluoridanamnese mit Blick auf die Zahngesundheit).
Ein Fluoridgehalt <0,01 Milligramm pro zubereiteter Portion Holle-Ziegenanfangsmilch Pre liegt weit unter diesem Wert. Er stellt damit einen verschwindend geringen Höchstwert für einen möglichen Fluorgehalt dar, der lediglich aus Gründen analytischer Vollständigkeit als Zahl ausgewiesen wird.
Praktisch dürfen Sie damit das Produkt als fluoridfrei betrachten.
